Job Purpose
The role is to provide technical and spare parts support on Agriculture products/equipment to New Holland and Case Dealers & Corporate Clients
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance of technical concerns & offering corrective actions / solutions to Dealer network / field personnel utilizing Asist web tool (THD) and other contact management tools
- Provide spare parts assistance (part number identification, DIA Kit part, parts technical assistance) offering solutions to Dealer network / field personnel utilizing assist web tool (PHD) and other contact management tools
- Ensuring that top critical technical issues are well reported and escalated to the central specialist
- Providing technical support to the CNH Field Staff using remote assistance application
- Ensuring all Dealers / Customers that product technical issues are managed to the satisfaction of the Brands
- Visit customers and dealers as required to evaluate technical issues
Experience Required
- Good command of the English language
- Proven hands-on practical skills with ability to work confidently in an agricultural environment is an advantage
- Proven ability to work in a team environment, with good customer service skills
- Competent computer skills Including:
- MS office and other PC based communication tools
- Other PC applications and Programs including CNH internal systems
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electronic or equivale
- Aptitude for hydraulic and electrical/electronic concern resolution (Advantegous)
